Drill Point & Tap Lead Grinding Attachment
The Drill Point and Tap lead grinding attachments increase
still further the range of tools which can be reground on
the March Tool and Cutter Grinding Machines. The attachments
are designed to regrind a range of taps and drills covering
the most widely used sizes in general engineering. They
are capable of performing the following operations:

Regrinding drill points up to 16mm (5/8") diameter
(Mk1 & Mk2) or up to 32mm (1,1/4") Mk3

Point relieving and thinning

Self Centring Drills, NC Point or Four Facet

Regrinding Pilot Drills, Step Drills and Subland Drills

Regrinding the lead on taps from 4AB to 1" diameter
(Mk1 & 2)
Regrinding the lead on taps from M6 (1/4") to M38
(1,1/2") on 32mm (1,1/4") dia shank maximum,
right or left hand (Mk3)
