The March Controlled Spiral
Attachment is designed to fit the Mk2 Tool and Cutter Grinding
Machine and provides the facility for regrinding cutting tools
over a wide range of both right and left hand spirals with
complete control, speed and accuracy.
The attachment ensures control of the spiral
for regrinding the Clarkson 'Rippa' and 'Hyfeed' Cutters along
the cutting edge or rake face simply and easily without the
use of setting fingers. It will also regrind standard cutters
up to 200mm (8") between centres. A full range of index
plates and a collet chuck are also available with either Metric
or Imperial collets to allow cutters without centre holes
to be reground.
