The March Mk3 Controlled
Spiral Attachment fits onto the Universal Head on the March
Mk3 Tool and Cutter Grinding Machine and provides the facility
for regrinding cutting tools over a wide range of both right
and left hand spirals with complete control, speed and accuracy.
The attachment ensures control of the spiral
for regrinding the Clarkson 'Rippa' and 'Hyfeed' cutters along
the cutting edge or the rake face simply and easily without
the use of setting fingers. It will also regrind standard
cutters up to 400mm (16") between centres.
A full range of Index Plates is available,
also Imperial or Metric Adapters to allow cutters without
centre holes to be reground.
